The Alimentaria Hub will be the great space of knowledge, trends, innovation, and business for all the agents that intervene in the value chain of the food and beverage industry. On the other hand, The Alimentaria Experience will host, in Restaurama, workshops, gastronomic classrooms and show-cookings to show the infinite variety of current culinary proposals, united under the seal of quality, product, and innovation. In the space will participate the most influential chefs of the moment – with a total of 40 Michelin stars -, among other content and activities. Finally, Vinorum Think, the area for reflection, dissemination, and business around Spanish wine, will bring together the world’s leading experts in the sector to give visibility and value to the best national wine production and turn Intervin into the international benchmark for wine Spanish wine.
